Thank you for shopping with Subhamaya Collections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
✔ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
✔ The item received is significantly different from the product shown on the website
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
❌ Products damaged due to customer mishandling
❌ Items without tags, original packaging, or accessories
❌ Products marked “Final Sale” (if applicable)
❌ Improper fit, color preference, or change of mind products
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Send us a message via WhatsApp / Email / Contact Form
Provide your Order ID, photo of the item received, and reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

4. Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, return shipping will be borne by us.
If the return is due to customer choice (fit, preference) — return shipping may be customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We will share the return address once your request is approved.
5. Inspection & Refund Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it:
✔ Original tags & packaging intact
✔ No signs of wear, damage, or washing
✔ Product matches your return reason
After inspection:
If approved — you will be notified of your refund or replacement
If rejected — item will be returned to you
6. Refund Options
After approval, refunds can be issued via:
🔹 Bank transfer to your bank account
🔹 UPI refund
🔹 Credit to your original payment method
🔹 Store credit (if applicable)
Refund timelines:
⚡ UPI/Bank: 3–7 business days
⚡ Store credit: Same day
7. Replacement / Exchange
If you want a replacement:
✔ Let us know your size/color preference in your return request
✔ If the replacement item is more expensive — difference must be paid
✔ If less expensive — amount can be refunded or adjusted
Replacement is subject to product availability.
8. Refund/Cancellation Charges
No hidden charges.
However:
➡ If cancellation is after shipping, shipping charges may apply
➡ COD returned parcels may incur handling or courier charges
These will be communicated before approval.
9. Lost in Transit
If the order is lost during delivery:
📌 Contact us immediately with proof of non-delivery
📌 We will coordinate with the courier partner
📌 Refund or re-dispatch will be processed based on investigation
